Visual Comfort offers amazing customer service in addition to their excellent inventory. Everyone I've come in contact with have been polite and professional. I must say Jared especially, goes well beyond the sale itself. Both kind and knowledgeable, I cannot recommend him enough, for all of your lighting needs. I'm a customer for life!

This store is far nicer than the other local light fixture store. They have easily visible prices and carry many specialty and high end fixtures. This store also offers architectural lighting design services, which is useful if you are investing a lot in lighting.

We have not purchased anything in the store yet but want to praise one of the store's employees, Jared Ashby. Mr. Ashby was on his lunch break and witnessed our parked being hit. He put a note on our car to let us know this had happened. In today's world, most people do not want to get involved, Mr. Ashby went above and beyond to do the right thing.

We recently purchased some new light fixtures from Visual Comfort. Their selection is excellent and the shopping experience was excellent. Our sales associate, Mae, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was courteous, friendly and professional to a fault. I would recommend Visual Comfort to anyone!

Beautiful showroom but be aware they only sell online and customer service and experience is mediocre for the premium price. We waited months for a backordered fixture, paid to have it installed and immediately had a problem with the LED driver. After waiting a week for support to follow up we are told the replacement driver is ALSO on backorder. A very expensive light fixture still isn't working months after purchase and we have to hope they'll eventually source the made in China LED driver that was defective. We have bought multiple fixtures from Circa/Visual Comfort but we would not purchase again.
