Great service great food only thing is they are under staffed but it's not their fault no body wants to work

It was late when I arrived. They were still serving the whole menu. Staff was super friendly. Def going back. Staff gave great recommendations. The only thing better than the Brisket was the friendly/happy employees. Still polite and welcoming close to the end of shift. I am in love. Parking: Plenty of spots close to the doors. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Well, Im surprised to say it. I finally had a good experience at qdoba. This would be the fourth or fifth Qdoba. I have been to in the city trying to get good service and I finally received it today. They did not lie to me about my rewards account or try to tell me that I cant use my rewards at the register, but I found out today that you can and the food was phenomenal. How fortuitous of them to give me such good service and accommodate for my past experiences. I applaud you Qdoba on Shelbyville Road in St., Matthews if I could give you 10 out of five stars I would, but I can only give you five and I hope that that does suffice. Congratulations. You all deserve a raise. Not only all this good stuff but your freestyle Coca-Cola machine worked as well. Congratulations again and kudos. Kid-friendliness: My kid was able to eat his quesadilla in peace. Parking: You have to fight with people at Trader Joes for parking but other than that, parking was great!!!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: They had a handicap ramp and wide floor space for a wheelchair! I WILL be bringing my grandma some day!
