4-8-24 Took laptop in for battery portal not working. Best Buy Geek squad said would need to ship off for repair. Another said due to soldering and age likely need new components and not worth repair. Mort solved my issue within 20 minutes with cleaning portal and quick battery disconnect to reboot battery. It took 20 minutes. He said no charge! This is second time I have used Ifix for this laptop. Both times they have provided excellent honest work!!

I went fully prepared to pay to replace the cracked screen on my iphone but when Jordan removed the heavy duty screen protector on my phone he showed me that it was only screen protector that had cracked and broken off and I didn't need a new screen. I would have paid to have the screen replaced and been none the wiser. So after purchasing a new screen protector I'm back in action. I highly recommend them for their honest service and integrity.
