This is one review I am honored make. TJ is by far the BEST car wreck attorney in the state of Kentucky. He was knowledgeable of my case, kept in contact with me regarding ever detail and conversation with insurance company, informed me of when my insurance PIP was gonna run out so I didn't get left with medical bills, was upfront with me on what to expect, kind and very compassionate. I would also like to give a special shout out to his Assistant Rebecca. Whenever TJ couldn't reach me, she could. She always responded back with respect and understanding and also kept me in the loop of what was going on with the insurance company as well, if anything I needed to turn in any paperwork or to update my information. I reached out to nearly 10 law firms, and this is 1 of only 2 firms that I was able to speak to an actual attorney about the specifics of my case instead of a secretary. All others simply gave a generic denial or declined to even reach back out. Mr. Smith was very straightforward and kind enough to explain how the process works and why it wouldn't make sense to pursue a case at this point in time. It was a relief to deal with an honest man willing to tell it to me straight instead of being vague and unhelpful.

TJ and Rebecca made this whole process easy. All I had to do was provide some initial information and paperwork on my accident. I could then sit back and focus on healing while they took care of everything. They were so kind to work with which is so helpful when going through a stressful situation.
