        He was the most incompetent attorney. At the arbitration the "judge" said remember its not their best offer until they say this is our absolute last offer.ray told me i should settle for $5000 i held out for 10,000.i thought how well i did then realized they had not said this was their last best offer.what a sharp attorney ,ray stoess.David Amir
