I reached out to Skyguard (Steve Laird) when another company refused to return my call. Steve responded right away. My roof was inspected and Steve explained the entire process of filing my insurance claim and how we would work with my insurance company. He worked directly with my adjustors to insure all of the damage was identified and showed that repair was not an option vs replacement. Once the insurance company agreed to replace, getting the work scheduled and completed was quick and easy. The roof was completed with superior materials vs my old roof. Details such as ice dams, additional drip edge and ridge vents that spanned the entire ridge were installed which were upgrades vs my old roof. The crew was professional, did quality work and did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was completed. I would recommend this company and Steve Laird in particular to any of my family or friends. Great job!! Skyguard was above and beyond! While they installed 2 Solar Attic Fans, which are incredible, they discovered a problem with all of the stack vents which were sealed closed . . . A bad thing! While on the roof they repaired them free of charge! That is exceptional, above and beyond service! I would highly recommend Skyguard! Service: Fan installation

Great price, really great hard working staff, we had a bad deck on the house we bought that was not put on right and had water damage. Skyguard came in and replaced the damaged wood and added moisture barrier and siding. They were done in days and not weeks. Highly recommended company! Service: Remodeling

The whole team did a fantastic roof and chimney repair, start to finish, communicating all along, and even showing up to do the work ahead of the estimated schedule! Highly recommend and will definitely use for other jobs in future.
