        The instructor and class itself were good. Communication with the company before and after the class has been lacking and at times unprofessional. We are still waiting on employee certificates for a class that took place more than 1 month ago. Voicemails and emails to company have gone unanswered. Still waiting...

        I am very disappointed that I took my CPR/AED/First Aid Certification course a week ago and still haven't received my certification. The instructor never closed my course to allow me to have my certification that I need for my job. I have called the Red Cross and Fierce First Response to resolve this issue multiple times. After four phone calls to Fierce First Response and an email, it is still not resolved. I still have not received my certification. If you need your certification sent to you in a timely manner without much struggle, I would not choose Fierce First Response.

      Thank you Sara for your feedback, even though you are incorrect. We appreciate the time you took to write a poor review, but did not allow us the time to close your class, as we have several hundred students per week. We took your call yesterday and explained this process directly to you in our conversation. Per American Red Cross standards, we have 10 days to close all classes and issues certifications. Please call ARC to verify that fact. Your class was held on October 19th, only 5 business days ago, We close classes by date. Next time, we suggest to please schedule your class farther in advance, if your expiration date for your current certificate is past expiration, instead us blaming us for not moving your class closing, in front of other students who planned in advance. You have two years to plan. Thank you First First Response.
