The attention to detail that James Kammer had with his two guys was impressive and every question I had was answered about the process of restoring what was damaged. He made himself available with matters I was concerned about including understanding how the insurance would work. I had not experienced a claim like this. Thank you Dalton and company! My wife and I had a bat flying around our house Sunday evening. We were able to get the bat out, but were worried that there might be more bats in the house. We contacted James Kamer with Dalton Brown Restoration. James came out the very next day with a thermal imaging camera. He climbed in all of the attic spaces and scanned every wall of the house. He was looking for heat pockets that would indicate bats. The good news is WE FOUND NOTHING! Dalton Brown Restoration did not charge anything for the insepction and my wife and I were able to sleep much better!
