Ordered some ink stampers last Tuesday with a young lady who assured me they would arrive by today prior to placing the order. When I placed the order I also requested they send me a copy of the invoice so I could get a check cut for when I picked them up today. Never received the invoice either. Had to call in today to follow up myself as they again never called me to say they were in. The same young lady who originally took the order couldnt answer me on if they were there and when they would be. Keep in mind that I was assured before ordering that they would be there today. She then said Alex (who I later found to be the owner) was off today and she would call her to see if Alex knew anything and would call me back. 2 1/2 hours later I had to call her because she never called as promised. Now her story is theres another girl that comes in around 1 pm I think that can look that up. I used to travel from Clarksville for years buying my awards and stamps from the two gentlemen that owned it and never had a problem. First time I use their services since new ownership and they cant even follow up on an order or keep a promise made. No doubt in my mind that this place will be shut down within a year if they treat everyone this poorly. Save your money and buy online or in Paducah as its apparent the employees here dont care about their customers
