If there was an option for negative stars, that's what I would give this place. I wouldn't go here even if it was an emergency. I typed a whole story but really- avoid at all costs. Dentists are unprofessional and the place is old and gross. Go anywhere BUT HERE.

Just left an appointment. Where I was supposed to have a cleaning. (My teeth were in worse shape than expected) I was told theyd send something to insurance to make sure they pay yada yada. Im not in there 20 minutes. They then barely tell me what going on and are plain rude when I am asking questions. I THEN ASK IF I COULD GET MY RECORD. For what was done today (which was nothing. They looked at my teeth thats it) The desk lady was no help. She said you have to request your medical records takes about two weeks. THATS ALL. Doesnt explain anything and is rude. So I called another location and an actually professional answered my question AND GUESS WHAT!?!? All I had to do was sign a paper in HealthPoint. SO WHY WOULD THE WOMEN AT THE DESK NOT GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION?!

I was told that HealthPoint doesn't do extractions of teeth. But, my friend just came from the Covington HealthPoint and the are going to do all his upper extractions. And, we both have the same insurance. This is the same thing I went there for. I have all upper crowns and bridges and they said the teeth underneath are rotting. I'm in so much pain. That makes no sense.

This facility is a sham!!! We were told after sharing all our insurance and credit card information the day we were there for treatment, that we were covered 100%. Based on this, we agreed to an examination. All we really wanted was a cleaning, but figured the exam would be covered. They told us we needed to get x rays too. Then we were told they did not even have a hygienist on staff to do a cleaning. A few days after we received a bill for in excess of $600.00 for the unprofessional, dishonest, misleading, and incomplete work they attemped to call service. I did call the phone number to dispute the bill. I was told no problem, taken care of. However, A month later I got another bill. I called again. This time the woman on the other end was belligerent, constantly interrupting me, and ultimately hung up on me. I'm a senior citizen. I believe this company is only in business to mislead folks into using their service in order to take money from customers for shoddy service. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone.
