        Very unprofessional with poor customer service. Recently purchased a home with a pool I was looking for company that could help guide first time pool owners. They informed me of a "pool school" that I was excited for but to my displeasure this was a 45 minute session of being scolded for not knowing much about pools and then information that could have been given to me on a flyer. This was $238. I later wanted to get on the schedule for closing my pool for winter. They said they would let me know of their availability...they texted me after 5 pm on a Friday with a some instructions and said get your pool ready by tomorrow...I responded asking for a time and they replied we do not give times... I said can you at least give me a window since you texted me last minute with no heads up..they responded sarcastically with their business hours For Saturday....when I showed my frustration with the lack of heads up I got a phone call from a woman yelling at me how ridiculous I am and how they don't need my business because they have 400 other clients.. wish them the best.

      I am sorry you feel like we were unhelpful. We did not scold you and I am sorry you took it that way. We try to be as helpful as we can to all of our clients. We have run our successful business in the same manner for over 25 years with minor complaints. Our other closings we have done we have contacted in the same manner without issue. Unfortunately we were just not the right company for you and that is okay. Everyone has a good match and you must need someone with a more rigid scheduling than us. Good luck in your search.
