Staff was extremely rude upon entering the store. Manager on duty Veterans Day was also rude when asking for assistance. Worst experience shopping that I have ever encountered. Will not be shopping there again. I would have put a 0 star if it would allow. 1 star is not my rating even.

They've got a good team of people there. Always a willing and friendly person ready to help you find whatever it is you need. It's my go-to shop for lawn, garden, farm and domestic animal products, etc.

Update*** 9/7/2022, Got a reply from the company to call this 877 number to talk to the customer service representative for the company about my experience with the store. So I just called them and after going through the long list of options to select (none that helped me), I selected the option to speak to a representative. After being told my wait time was a minute and that my call was important, my call then gets disconnected. So Im done with this place. Not only do they charge more for an item than the tag says, they hang up on me when they tell me to call them. Id give no stars if Google would let me. Unbelievable!!! I bought 2 hats that had one price on them and then when I checked out they had charged me a higher price for them. When I questioned why they charged more for them, the clerk said they dont go with what the tag on the item says, they use another price and that I shouldnt pay attention to the tags. This was first time Ive ever been in this store and itll be the last. Buyer beware.
