Limestone Bank

I've been a loyal customer. Every since limestone took over republic Bank I have had nothing but issues with them. Just recently I was charged 10 overdraft fees and they never once contacted me to tell me I was over drafting. I deposited a check on Monday through the mobile app and it never went through. I noticed that Friday so then I redeposit the same check. But still was never notified. When I call them they say there's nothing they can do. Even though I have never overdraft before.

This Republic Bank branch is not the one that I usually go to, but I've used this branch several times over the years. It's only been within the last two months that I've noticed a decline in quality of service.In January, I stopped here and stood in line for a good 30 minutes on a Saturday morning while two short-staffed tellers handled an onslaught of customers. One teller alternated between the drive-up window and the counter while his counterpart wrangled what appeared to be the longest cash transaction in the history of banking at the "businesses only" portion of the counter. Other employees were working in their offices and made no effort to alleviate the overly-long line. I finally completed my transaction and asked to use the restroom. I was shown to the restroom and then I left, shaking my head at the time it took to make a simple deposit, but chalking it up to short staffing.Fast forward to yesterday, mid-afternoon on a Friday. I arrived to find one person ahead of me in line. The business-only desk was in use, the same man was working the drive-up, and a third teller had her station closed. I endorsed my checks for deposit, and walked up to the "next in line" spot. The third teller had opened her station, but stood staring blankly at me. The man alternating between the drive-up and the counter called me up, I completed my transaction, and headed to where I thought the restroom was. I apparently had mis-remembered where it was, and was looking around for it when the teller who had ignored me earlier asked if she could help me. I told her that I was looking for the restroom, and was told that there was no public restroom.Something is lacking with this branch's customer service. What I've seen the last two times I've been here is that some employees are trying their best, but several others are just going through the motions. I've been a Republic Bank customer for 15 years and have always gotten excellent service at every branch I've visited, including this one, until these last two experiences. Hopefully this branch can get itself back on track.
