        we came to the Panera bread in Owensboro to order. My daughter wanted a green goddess sandwich which is on a baguette. As so was my husband, we went to the counter to order they were out of baguettes. Imagine a bread company being out of baguettes so they couldnt make the sandwich. We saw ciabatta bread in the rack that was not sold and we ask if that could be made into a green goddess sandwich and the girl at the counter said we do not substitute breads. So we walked out. This has been a very disturbing and disappointing experience.

        I don't go here often. It looks like they want you to order from one of the kiosks that are near the counter. If you wait long enough, someone will help you. Either way, the food selection is great! I'll have to try again to see what else they have.

        Good generally good. Service depends on the mood of the cashier taking your order... sometimes ok, other times the pits. The place is not what I'd call comfy...and sometimes the tables need to be washed off...it could be cleaner.
