Our company had run into an emergency situation needing a piece of equipment as soon as possible. I had extreme difficulty locating an available piece of equipment in the area until contacting Whayne Equipment in Owensboro. Scott and Brian accelerated the account setup process and worked late hours to make equipment delivery as soon as possible. Their enthusiasm, extended hours and flexibility allowed for my company to have the equipment on site faster than I would have believed. As a result, we were able to avoid lost time on our project which is extremely valuable.
This level of customer service is rare and a very nice thing to have from a vendor. We hope to be performing projects in the Owensboro area annually for several months each year and you can be sure we will be calling Scott and Brian for many of our equipment needs.
