        Be very cautious of using this company. The owner is quick to have you sign a Time and Materials agreement. They dont really disclose that they mark up the materials over 300% plus and they assign more workers to a job than is necessary so they can pad the time portion of their charges. Exorbitant. Also, if they screw up on the job, youll be left paying for their time and materials 2x. If they screw up, you pay even more!
