With very little notice, American Home Inspections, LLC. was able to come through for us as we were only granted a 24-hr window for inspections. Russ and Amanda came in and inspected the property thoroughly and shared their findings with my boyfriend and me in laymens terms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Russ did an excellent and thorough job. He was very knowledgeable and highly professional. He walked me through the various issues he found and why they were concerning. When making a major purchase like a home, having a good and thorough inspection is worth every penny. I would not hesitate to use American Home Inspections in the future and Id gladly recommend them to anyone I know buying a home in the area.
