        Told me the wait would be 30 minutes. After being off the phone for 20 minutes, I received a text message it was going to be 1 hour. Call representative back and she said it generally anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Ended up canceling it and still got a charge of $60.00 but the information when the initial call was incorrect with the time. Which matters a whole lot when standing outside in winter.

        I had 4 keys copied for the front door and none of them work. Have to go back and see if I can get refunded and find another place to go. Was a complete waist of my time.
