My experience started with a phone call into sales to inquire about a vehicle that appeared to be in stock on the Champions site. I had already driven the vehicle at another dealership but did not have the options I wanted. I knew the package I was looking for and Champion had it but wanted to confirm. The sales person at Champion confirmed it was in stock so we walked through the details of the vehicle. When I asked about the specifics such as the trim and power train option they shared the wrong information to include the wrong power train and trim information. Which is why I contacted Champion in the first place. The sales person went back and confirmed it was what I was looking for so we started the next process of loan options. The sales person sent an image an actual picture of the application and asked me to fill it out. How do you fill out questions in a photo??? Soooo not only was it a picture of an application but it was to the Ford motor company while I was applying for a Mazda. They shared its the same application and would come to the Mazda side of the dealership. Shame on me for trusting the sales person. They ran credit which was approved and they said I completed the wrong application. The sales person sent me a link to the wrong application and said its the same dealership and application. Short story long is the sales person does not have a comprehensive understanding of the vehicles they are selling and the loan process to sell the vehicle. I would highly suggest avoiding this dealership and if you have any doubts I have all the communication both text and email that can confirm everything I just reviewed of my experience.
