Me and my Wife bought a house from Dougherty-Phelps and the realtor that was selling the house was on maternity leave and Joe Dougherty was the realtor we met with to look at the house and deal with, he was great, it wasnt our first time dealing with a realtor but our first time actually buying a house. Joe didnt seem like a car salesman just trying to make a dollar off of us which is always how it felt with most realtors. He told us the truth and everything he knew to his fullest extent and Answered any questions we had throughout the whole process and tried to help us get the house when there was a cash offer behind us and we went through a difficult FHA loan. He was Very Helpful and Honest which is hard to find in a realtor. Id recommend Dougherty-Phelps to anyone looking for a home.

Mr. Phelps was a dual agent on my family farm purchase. It was a challenge at best as there were a lot of unknown as the farm came from an 'estate"; so little was known. He was polite and answered many questions. He was giving with allowing us to see the property on multiple days. We appreciated his assistance and his time.
