Reception service couldn't give cost details associated with transport. Wouldn't provide location. I have to speak to someone else. Very argimentive, inconsiderate Rude. Inconsiderate

This is a new review.....Justin Cline reached out to me 2/2/22....he said he did try to contact me so it very well could have been a misunderstanding. However he DID make everything right. He made sure as a customer I was taken care of and we should be getting a storage container either today or Monday which is awesome. I recommend you calling and ask for Justin Cline. Thanks Justin for taking care of our needs in this very stressful time.

Im very happy with their service. Will use again. Edit: Our second experience with Go Mini has been very disappointing. We have tried to schedule a pickup for the last week. No one returned our calls. A receptionist said it would be picked up today but no one has called to confirm. Edit #2 Im updating my review a second time to acknowledge that Justin did reach out to apologize a few weeks after the incident. I recognize everyone is short staffed and things happen. It was just disappointing after the excellent service the first time.

I started with another storage company and switched to Go Minis and so happy I did. The service was great and were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend!
