Ordered my windows with Allison and she was so helpful. I general contract a few homes a year and am building a home for myself currently. I thought I knew what I wanted but kept blowing my budget. Allison made a few minor suggestions with the specifications I gave her and we ended up getting better windows than what we originally wanted for 35% less than our budget. Awesome people selling a great product!

Ive never in my life seen this kind of quality work. These guys are flawless. Ive been really disappointed lately trying to hire anyone to do anything. It seems like nobody wants to work and Im not trying to be arrogant but I can do a better job than most people I hire so its frustrating. Theres no way in 50 lifetimes that I could match the workmanship of these guys. They have a customer for life!! Service: Casement window installation & replacement

Allison at Owensboro Pella store was so helpful. She explained the different types of windows. We just ordered them today. As with many things we are buying lately it takes more time.
