WARNING!!! The sales person here only cares about the sale. We bought a carport from Matt Walker. He told us we should be hearing from Carolina carports with in 3 weeks. If not let him know. So I contacted him and he just told me that he couldnt do anything about it and to call them. I did and they told me the sales person should have never told us a date. And Our purchase price point wasnt high enough to give an install date. So after several weeks of calling the company directly we decided to cancel our order and Matt refused to refund any money. He had no cares about what was going on since he already received his commission.
