        Spoke with Andrea or Bianca. Couldnt really hear the name. Tried to contact this place to help a family in need. The lady asked me how many people would live in a two bedroom and I mentioned there was a family of 4. The lady told me that it was too many. I proceeded to tell her that legally, in the state of Ky, 4 people in a two-BR unit is not considered too many and asked if this was a rule for them. The lady then acted like she couldnt hear me and said hello and then hung up! I called back and she eventually answered, from the sound of it, she was upset that I questioned her maximum limit. She then tried to turn it around and mentioned that she didnt have any available. Unprofessional! This is a form of discrimination against family and children and its sad! Its even sadder that the lady blatantly thought it was okay telling me this.

        No doubt this is one of the best apartment I have lived in my life. If you will live here, I don't think that you will have any kind of issue. 100% clean and 100% secured. The most important thins is people, Bianca is one of the best person who you will meet in your life. I haven't meet Terry face-to face yet but he is so helpful when I ask for changing lamp. Unfortunately I have to move to another state and I thought that I have to write positive reviews because they deserve every single nice word. Also neighbors are so nice here. Thank you Bianca.Thank you Terry.

        This is my 2nd time living here. The property manager, Bianca, is one of the best around. And Terry, the maintenance guy, is probably the nicest guy I know. I don't think people really know how much time and effort actually is spent on the up keep for the property and if it was not for Bianca and Terry, we wouldn't have such lovely grounds, well kept apartments or safe area. Hands down, one of the best places to rent from, live and actually feel safe.
