Super 8 by Wyndham Radcliff Ft. Knox Area

If there are other options to stay at, go there. 10/10 do not recommend this place. For the price you pay you would think there would be nice amenities. Check out clerk was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that he had to do his job. My room smelt like industrial chemicals and was honestly the most annoying part of the stay. My hot water went out and the staff seemed though as little could be done to fix it until the next day.

The bed had a red and yellow stain, the shower head had mold on it, when we told the janitors they did nothing about it, there was hair on my pillow and HUMAN FLAKES on the bed Rooms: Its just nasty in general

We had reservations for Saturday Feb 11 to Saturday Feb 17, we drove from 5 am Saturday morning till we got to the hospital at 3:00 that afternoon to meet out grandson that was due anytime, we were at the hospital till 3:25 am when he was born, I tried several times through out the night to call and let them know what was going on and nobody answered the phone at the hotel, so around 5 am Sunday morning we show up at the hotel to be informed that our reservation had been cancelled, we told him we had tried calling numerous time and his response was to not bring that riff raff up in here, needless to say we left very upset and had to find another hotel after being up for over 26 hours straight
