Brothers Tree Service and Lawn Maintenance

** Update to my review. Changed to 4 stars. Owner came out and made it right. Took the trees down that we agreed on and put them on the ground so we could cut them up. Have 5 trees we need taken off shed and put on the ground. Came out 3/31 and got stuck in the yard. Paid them 505.00 for the time it took them to get out and leave. Since then it has been nothing but empty promises to get the job done. Its now going into June! Finally gave them an ultimatum - get the job done by 6/8/23 or give our 500 back and well get someone else. No excuse! **Buyer beware**!!!

Needed to get a tree removed so I called Brothers tree service, came out the same day to give me an estimate, came back out the next day and got the tree removed. Brothers tree service was punctual on both occasions, they worked hard, were courteous and professional, made sure they didnt damage my property and left my backyard cleaner than it was before. Im definitely sticking with Brothers tree service in the future and recommending them to friends and family. Service: Tree removal

They arrived to my house today (July 6th 2022) worked hard. However they hit my house with the truck and couldn't cut the dead tree low enough to keep it from hitting my house. Today is the 8th of July 2022 and as of this date I have not been able to get a claim started with their insurance company. They are not a insured tree service. If you want put your property at risk by all means hire this company. I'm going to file a claim for damages with a a lawyer to get my house fixed Service: Tree removal

Back in December I called them up to give me an estimate on removing two trees. They came out and looked at them and gave me a price. It was reasonable and a couple days later they came and removed the trees and cleaned everything up.They did an awesome job. At the time there stump grinder wasn't working but in a few days after they removed the trees they came out and removed the stumps. They did an awesome job on the stumps. This past week they came out and removed another tree and took out the stump. Twice they have been out here and they did an awesome job each time. I will use them again.
