Received misleading emails saying that my autopay was going through when in fact it wasn't and led to overdue water bill. Poor communication and customer service Make sure to cancel before end of billing cycle or you will be charged an additional month. I used no water (cause I moved out) and was still charged $37 due to all their required fees and that was a prorated bill.

i cant pay online because it says it cant find my account and when i try to pay over the phone the ai bugs out and wont let me go any further past what language i want to hear. I keep pressing 1 and it says it cant hear me.

Friday I called and asked about an extension. I was told I couldnt make received one in the past and that I had until today at 4:30pm before it would be disconnected call today to bring that up they admitted they were wrong but then tried saying they listen to the conversation, and it also said Today early in the morning, but refused to give me access to the phone call. So Ive gotten a lawyer involved. And we will subpoena just to prove a point. Ask yourself, would I really go to the gym and sweated if I knew I couldnt shower when I got home. No more taking advantage of the regular guy.

Watch out they over charge your bill. I feel like they are gouching for the over the phone bill pay fees. I hate calling them they are so rude.

I have only had one nice experience with the ladies there, unfortunately I didn't get her name, it's a white lady with long dirty blonde hair, I believe she is the manager or something like that. Yes they over charge for everything and when you as why they blame Hardin county and say "it's just the new way of the billing process". I went in there to pay my bill and as soon as I said I don't have the $128.00 for it she got rude and started sucking her teeth and smacking her lips. I had a old bill from my old address and with out a real notice they added it to my new account and said if I don't pay all of it that my water will be cut off. I'm a single mother of 4 and don't have that kind of money to just pay out of the blue. Then on top of it my bill is always so high when I have friends that have bigger houses and more ppl and they don't even have a bill as high as mine. I don't get it. Then for the lady to be rude to me when I wasn't being rude to her at all and just trying to understand what happened and how I could get a extinction on the rest of the bill cause I didn't have all of the money for it. She didn't have a name tag so idk what her name was but I will try to not go to her again.
