      image My wife and I went on a tour here recently and Ms. Tamara was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and walking us through the process of submitting an application!
      We dont live here yet, but just off of the experience weve had with the management and the property so far, were very hopeful to make 450 our next residence on our next chapter of life!

      image I moved in back in December and I can't say enough great things!! Newly renovated very spacious the dishwasher and washer and dryer hook ups are a plus it's quiet and a clean neighborhood. The maintenance are quick to respond with work orders, anytime I had a question or just going through the move in process Andrea the property manager was quick to respond and explain things. I 10 put of 10 recommend if your looking to build your home in richmond!!
