        I have been a customer at the Richmond location since it opened. I have paid A LOT per month to have both of my vehicles washed. I have never been treated so rudely in my life by what I assume is the owner. I keep my membership card in the dashboard. I guess that wasn’t good enough. He wanted me to put an ugly sticker on my new car. Which when it started out, it read my license plate. I don’t know why that changed. He basically treated me like a criminal and chased me down and cancelled my membership. Oh well, saved me $70 a month. I guess it is for the best since I only used it a couple times a month. I will take my business to someone else that needs it and wants it. Evidently he doesn’t. Needless to say, I don’t recommend. I was never treated that way at Classy Chassy!
