    Randy had great and personable customer service. He was able to replace our laptop screen within 3.5 hrs after he was done with another customers screen. He even offered to fix ours sooner if we needed it immediately. I'm glad he keeps screens in stock which is why we were able to get ours fixed so quickly! Smart business move.

    **I recommened CPR Cellphone Repair** at least they seemed honest. YNIWFI essentially stole my money. Said they'd fix my phone screen and the day after they "fixed it" the screen fell off but they wouldn't fix THEIR obvious mistake because I didn't buy a warranty or something even though it wasn't a flaw in the product it was a flaw in their work. When I went back the next day the man working the counter all but threw me out because he didnt want to talk about fixing it. They're crooks. Some people have good experiences but the ones who don't have extremely costly expenses so it's your choice to take that coin flip but I'm not rich enough to take that chance Edited to respond to owner:: No, this was not the first time I inquired. I went to your store front where a male worker essentially threw me out. I went several times after where no one was there even though your store hours were posted saying you would be. I called and left messages and never received a call back. I emailed you and got a hateful response to which I'm happy to post a screen shot of. I even posted a comment on your Facebook page and it was deleted. You, the owner, were fine when I met you but I never got to speak directly to you again. The only reason I made this review after a year was because I thought I already did it but I couldn't find it so I made it. I had a terrible experience and felt physically threatened the day I entered your store to someone actually there to speak to. The meat of the issue was my screen fell off right after it was fixed and then no one would fix it and treated me terrible. The review is solid.

    What ever you do, dont take You Name It We fix it & We sell it your stuff to get fixed. May we took Edens iPad in only issue was the screen $150 we had it fixed A month later I call, hey the button is now going under the screen. (Never happened before) it was blamed on us and I had to pay another $150 because the button made the lcd have a line through it. Jump to now, the iPad is never out of the case and we have lines going through it. The guy just told me oh thats because you dropped it, i know our screens go past 6 months! It was your fault. So $300 out for what? I should have went with Apple in the first place. Apparently this isnt the first time its happened with them. Some people never even got their phone back!

After looking into your repair, I see your repair was done over a year ago (1.5.2023), on a Samsung A20 and this is the first time that you have inquired about this issue. Considering the time, we are left asking, what are you trying to accomplish? As far as the warranty, we offer a warranty/guarantee on all of our repairs and it’s totally FREE! As long as there’s no signs of physical or water damage, the repair is covered. Thus, we do not offer any extra warranties, especially on the cheapest Samsung model phones and we never have. We are truly sorry that you are facing many challenges and hope that it gets easier. Sending prayers your way.

Our policy states that all repairs are guaranteed unless there are signs of physical or water damage. I have seen that you have brought your device in with physical damage, multiple times, after we have repaired it. I understand how challenging it is to understand what physical damage is, but it includes, but not limited to, cracks or shattered screens and or parts taken off or moved. Now we understand that accidents happen, so when a customer comes in with physical damage, after the repair, we generally give them a discounted price for their honesty as long as it’s within 30 days. We call this our honesty repair discount policy and unfortunately, you did not qualify for this discount. In conclusion, we are sorry that you are having issues with physical damage on your device, but we hope you have a wonderful and blessed day.
