Terrible. Run by teens who have no idea what they are doing. I miss when it was run at the town hall. This new system is horrible.

Took my handicap son to get his real ID, they did great being patient to get his picture. The wait was not too long for a walk-in. The only thing I wish that was improved was the signage to get there. It is inside of the mall as you walk to Gillium's. When you first go into the mall entrance take a left and the signage improves when you are near.

I paid $50 for a new ID and it hasn't come in the mail, months later. I work throughout the week, during their hours of operation. There's no way for me to call during work hours, either. I can't afford to be on hold forever waiting. There's also no way to report that you haven't gotten your ID in the mail online and you have to print off a document, fill it out, then mail it. It's impossible to fix the issue. I don't blame the office staff, but our government really needs to update its systems. It's ridiculous that you can't even fill out something online.

I was in and out in 10 minutes. Without an appointment to get a new ID made. Very helpful. Thanks.
