2 weeks ago I reserved a 28 inch auto scrubber for the weekend. With less than 22 hours before my pickup time I get a phone call saying that they don't have it and instead I should call their flooring division out of louisville.
No apology for the inconvenience, no offers to make it right, nothing.

They have what you need but it might be a month before you can rent it, delivery and pick up fee's was to much for me.
