This Burger King in Richmond ky has always been fresh hot fries and a full box . The sweet young lady in the drive through was so kind and always is . She deserves a raise . Didnt get her name but she was there around 2 today . Burger King make sure to do whatever you have to do to keep her .

I'm really very disappointed in this place. Yesterday I went to pick up a door dash and they made fun of me for not knowing the language enough and they don't know how much we Latinos try to speak the language and I was very sorry for how it was. They made fun of me, laughing and how they treated me and I start to think about how they would feel if the situation were the other way around but when you have God in your heart we only bless people like that.

Had good service hot food really dont have any complaints best service Ive had in Burger King !! Will stop by again when we r passing through
