My experience with Silver Cliff has never been anything other than helpful, insightful and friendly employees and staff. They are patient, and try to hear your needs before making a recommendation. I am not family, but always treated like it when Im in their store or gardens.

Silver Cliff is wonderful! And so are the staff! The variety of plants they have there is top notch, and for someone like me, who knows very little about plants, the staff is so knowledgeable and caring! Been a customer for years and I've had a situation where, due to my own negligence, a lilac I purchased died about 9 months after I had purchased it. I keep all my receipts, and I took it back and they gave me a new plant free of charge!!! They have a wonderful Silver Dollar program where you can earn store credit for purchases! Jess, the manager, and Deni, the Garden Center Supervisor, are the absolute sweetest ladies you'll ever talk to! You need some plants? Get to Silver Cliff right now!!!!

Love the employees and service received! Huge selection and patient workers for uneducated customers like me. Staff is knowledgeable about their products!

Update: After my review today 04/10/2024 four fake reviews, made from friends and family from an employee were added to make my real review, from a real excustomer seem unrelevant. I have confirmed this and saved the evidence.
Worst customer service on earth; I would not recommend this place to anyone. They planted a tree for me that died q after a couple of months. When I went for the 1-year guarantee, I showed evidence of the $500+ bank transaction, and since I did not have the actual receipt that I dont even remember receiving, the manager just said, Sorry, we dont do warranties without a receipt; bye. All with a smile on her face. Ugh, what a bad experience this place was. Thank God this tree died and I did not move forward with the landscape.
