        5 years ago Total Comfort installed a brand new Lennox brand system for us. For the last 3 years weve had issues with our system not working properly. Last week I called Total Comfort to come out and was told that our compressor had gone out for the 3rd time. To say the least I was very frustrated. However, Kendall called Lennox and today they replaced my outside unit. Kendall told me the technician would be at my house by 9:15am. It was then 8:00am. By the time I left work, got to my house the technician was already at my house. He was about 30 minutes early. I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received from Total Comfort.
