With pricing on houses these days maybe it's a cheaper way out and save for a few years until the price comes down on new houses

The customer service is not good we were not kept in the loop the whole time during any phase of the process we had to actively call them for any updates and to get time lines from the very start getting them to do anything is a pain and when we finally spoke to the manager he got smart saying this is a conversation we needed to have earlier and treated me and my wife like we were just dumb kids overall experience was negative they waited till the last minute to order our ac system instead of having it ready to go once we got the electric ran knowing full well we would need it the contractors they use are sub par and half the plumbing and electric didnt work after it was supposedly ready to move in and Im currently sitting with no hot water two days after I received the keys overall Im super displeased with the quality and customer service and would not recommended Richmond as a place to buy your home you will be told what you want to hear and they do not follow through on any timeline do yourself a favor and look for other districts to buy from stay clear of the Richmond location
