The staff is super friendly ! I didn't have to wait long for my appointment ( on Saturday ) and explained every charge on my bill.I would recommend to everyone!

I have had the same exact insurance coverage since 2018 and I get the same exact thing as my last couple visits and it's never the same price. Last time my insurance covered the optos this time it didn't even though my benefits print out says it does up to $39. I bet I could've gotten on the phone with my insurance company and this place would've still made me pay for it. Which I don't care it's $25 but it's the principle of my insurance is the exact same coverage. In fact they always tell me how good it is cuz it covers the optos. Also if you need a special exam cuz of medication just go on to their lexington location as richmond doesn't have the right equipment. So now I gotta go to Lexington for that part.

Been a customer of the Richmond location for about 8 years. Always very professional and upbeat. Doesn't try to upsell you unnecessary products but good at suggesting products that may be beneficial to your situation/eye concerns. Decent selection of brands for kids/women/men. They even have a chart to help find the correct frames to complement your face shape. Usually get my new glasses within a week of my order. I highly recommend and will continue to be a patron here in the foreseeable future.
