If I could give zero stars I would. I dont write negative reviews. From the very beginning, the experience was something from a large corporation. I called into the call center to request a new patient appointment. The customer service representative on the other line was rude and hasty to get me off the phone. I specifically remember this call because when I asked the CSR the address she said it very fast, I asked her to repeat it and spell it as the street name is IVAL and hard to hear over the phone. I scheduled an appointment for January 5th at 9am and took the day off to come to the appointment. I was in Richmond so I scheduled an appointment in the Richmond location. When I arrived for my 9am appointment, I was told they did not have an appointment for me. I waited patiently and calmly as the receptionist did her best to locate my information and an appointment. She was unable to find anything. Im confused as to how I can call, make an appointment and they have no appointment for me much less a solution to the problem. The only time they could get me in would be late afternoon, which I was unable to accommodate as I scheduled other appointments. They could not pull a phone call to confirm my appointment or who i spoke with, and they couldnt accommodate the appointment as scheduled. Like I said in the beginning, I dont write bad reviews but as someone who has worked in a call center and as a scheduler, this is unacceptable.
