We had no hot water so gave these guys a call. Two technicians (I think Daulton and Jacob?) came out to our house to repair it. They were professional and courteous, and had it repaired in no time. I appreciate the communication when booking and them being able to come same day! Recommended.

Super impressed! From the first phone call till the completed job! They took my call promptly and were efficient, professional, definitely checked all the boxes. Kept me in the loop the entire day. The week before Christmas, our water heater started to leak. We reached out to Jacob and received a quick response. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and helped us find the best replacement for our situation. We were placed on the schedule quickly, and Jacob arrived promptly within the timeframe he had given us. He was respectful and courteous, making sure to wear shoe covers to protect our floors.(He went out of his way and even raked some wet leaves out of the way to clear a path!) The water heater replacement went flawlessly, and the pricing was beyond fair for the quality and speed of service we received! By far, Elite is far superior to other well known plumbing companies in Lexington.
We booked Elite to come back two weeks later for a minor repair elsewhere. We ran into a little problem, air in the line, late that night, but Jacob responded immediately and still offered to come assess the problem. He arrived first thing the next morning, as promised, fixed the problem, and reassured me that everything was in working order! I hate that we had to call him back, but I appreciate him offering to resolve the issue immediately AND his humble and sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
Elite is top notch and provides quality, trustworthy service. We will definitely use them again!
