        I just completed my second visit at this office. Do yourself a favor if it is at all possible. Go there in person. Of course, that's not always possible. But if you can make that happen, you'll be met with the kindest, most professional people you could hope for. Bring something with you to occupy your time, go in and take a number. Smile at the people around you or meditate while you wait. I had my lists of questions answered thoroughly. First by Laura and then by Matthew. They each, in their own way, managed to make my day.

        If it were possible, 0 stars. Why? I've had an phone appointment, all year and they never call when it's time. I've rescheduled 6-7 times cause they don't call. I've changed my number and they never call. I've broke my spine and can't work. I even got a lawyer and the office still doesn't call for my phone appointment. I can't apply on the website anymore. It won't let me do anything. I'm on hold for hours and when I talk to someone they say I can't reapply over the phone with them that I need a phone appointment to do it.
