Those people are scammers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from it. I needed a tire at the scale house at London KY and they were at the scale work on another truck. I thought will be cheaper using them because they are already here. But they charged me 2.5 h minimum labor even he spend 45 minutes on my truck and also add mount dismount extra plus the overcharged time he didnt actually spend.

We are pulling a U-haul car transport and stopped for gas and then noticed that the front right tire on the trailer was destroyed. Called U haul and they contacted Bill Morgan Tire. It was less than 15 minutes before Dustin called saying he would be on the way and wanted to confirm the tire size. He said he would load up and be on the way. He arrived just when he said he would, got right to work and had us back on the road in short order. EXCELLENT SERVICE. It was very refreshing to have someone like Dustin come out after hours and get us going. You can tell he cares and has a great work ethic. Thank You.
