Unless you own a clunker I recommend you stay far away from this place. Took a very nice used vehicle that I had owned only two weeks there for a fuel pump and they keep it for 20 days and put a deep scratch on the front bumper that went all the way to the bumper itself . Their solution was to try to cover up the damage which was on the very front of the bumper with a paint touch up stick. I asked for it to be properly repaired by a paint shop and they told me they didn’t do the damage (even though it had been in their possession longer at that time than it had ever been in mine) and went so far as implying that I had done the damage deliberately myself the day I discovered it while it was still at their shop. I had to take them to small claims and the owner offered me $200 which would have left me with less than $50 after court cost (the estimate to repair the bumper was over $700 due to the tri-coat pearl paint). Then they asked for a jury trial thinking I would give up. At the next hearing a young Mexican couple was there bringing suit against them for something and they asked for a jury trial again. They know that most people can’t afford an attorney for smaller claims and may not have the knowledge or ability that is required to represent yourself in a jury trial so most will have to drop their suit against them. Several months and four hearings later I settled with them for a lesser amount than I needed to have the bumper professional repaired but the judge kindly refunded my court cost so I had enough money to buy a proper repair kit and not just smear some paint over the damage as they wanted to. The really sad part of all this is that I was a repeat customer of theirs and was trying to give them business. Fortunately it’s very unlikely they will be in business much longer considering their unethical business practices.
