Absolutely disappointed with Gates Honda tonight. My daughter and her boyfriend went there today to purchase a car. They were there from 9am to 7pm !!! They offered a ridiculous deal. We offered cash and the financial associate laughed at us. Then told them if they went home they need to leave a deposit. They were there for 9 hours waiting on an approval to purchase!!! Then Peer pressureed them with all with his cell phone to show all the other ppl whom was interested in vehicle. That's pure predatory behavior towards young first time buyers. As we were leaving the business associate started complaining he worked all day on this loan and threw papers off his desk. I hope Steve Gates does read this, and we have bought a new car from one of your dealerships, but never again will we step foot back onto your lots. Do better.
