DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!!!!! One of my car tires was slashed on the property. This vandalism occurred between the night of Tuesday, February 13, 2024 and the early morning hours of Wednesday, February 14, 2024. When I was visibly upset about this, not ONE person in the office expressed concern for me OR how unsafe I felt at that moment. If you are single, hardworking, courteous, quiet, respectable, and professional, this is NOT the place for you. Sometimes there is loud music played late at night (usually when management are gone for the day), screaming children, commotion (arguments and fights where the police has been called), sketchy people, and the management could care less about your safety. The management office told me, This isnt a gated community. You knew what you were getting. Crime happens everywhere. HUH??? So, I am supposed to accept that MY car got vandalized on YOUR property and the management has NO responsibility for what happened?!?!?!?!!? Again, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!!!!! If you try to break your lease BECAUSE YOU FEEL UNSAFE, they will charge you 2 months full rent AND additional fees! How safe would YOU feel if someone vandalized YOUR property? Think about it: If a vandal damages your car, you can only imagine what that vandal would physically do to you!!! When I first looked at this place, I SPECIFICALLY told the management SEVERAL TIMES about my safety concerns. I will NOT say anything positive about a place where I do not feel safe AND the management never called once to see how I was doing OR feeling. Again, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!!!!! Even though I plan to leave the apartment spotless when my lease ends (and will take pictures), I do not expect to get my deposit back as this is the CON used by most apartment complexes. I am praying that nothing breaks in my apartment because I would rather eat cut glass than phone the management for anything. Oh, and the printer in the business office has NEVER worked. Why have a printer that is merely there for show? DO NOT be fooled by the fake niceness. For what you pay, there are much better areas in town. For the final time, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!!!! You WILL regret it. You have been warned. [p.s. Now, I am VERY CONCERNED about physical and financial retaliation from the management office].

Beautiful apartments at a great price and exceptional service from The Arts office team. Thank you for making moving day so easy. My Son is all settled in and loving it!!
