        Wow! I think I had one of the greatest experiences when I walked into Pedego Electric Bikes on Jefferson Hwy. I had been looking to buy an ebike for over two years , but was afraid to purchase one online. I really didnt know anything about these bikes, but I knew I wanted to get outside and needed assistance. You see biking was one of my favorite favorite pastimes as a child. Steve was very pleasant to talk to, like an old friend, and answered my many questions. Also Don, another owner of a Pedego bike, was at the shop and he talked about his experience with his bike. Steve assisted me with trying out several bikes to get the right size. I wasnt intending on purchasing anything that day, but these two men were great at encouraging me about my decision to take the plunge. Steve ordered the size and color I wanted then delivered it to my home. I have really been enjoying my bike and cant wait to venture out this summer. Thank you Steve! Carla Washington

        Stopped by while on vacation to get some help with my bike I had purchased a few weeks ago in St. Louis. Steves mechanic was off, but he jumped right in and we chased down the problem. After figuring out what was wrong, he replaced the broken part NC Warranty repair. Cant say enough nice things about Steve, friendly, helpful and eager to get the problem solved. Customer service at its best.

        Had a great experience today with this company. Stopped in to take another look at these bikes. I spent several hours on the internet looking at other brand name bikes but Pedego just was my best option. Pedego in Baton Rouge is a great place to buy. It was no hassle no pressure to buy but once I took the test ride and talked to Steve I was sold on this bike. I recommend if your looking for an electric bike go visit Pedego at 711 Jefferson hey in Baton Rouge. Great bike more than I expected in an electric bike. 5 stars all day
