Mr. Steve is very helpful and super kind person. I got transfered because of unavailability but he was extremely helpful. He understood my situation called customer on my behalf. I was so worried a day before about my car pickup as it was holiday sunday for my pickup and everything was closed. Mr Steve gave me a call in the morning for me to confirm my reservation so that it is hassel free for me when I reach there. He addressed all my queries and help me a lot with the process. Move in days are tough and such helps are so assuring. Thank you Mr. Steve!

My words of gratitude arent enough for the owner of this establishment (Steve). So first off on such a recreative holiday like the 4th of July the shop was closed (like every other dealer in town which wasnt a surprise ofcourse) BUT to my luck the UHaul mobile pickup was set and running at this location, however I was disappointingly having the most stressful and difficult time with U-Hauls app and constantly on the phone with their customer service team. I was running out of time to pick up some furniture which HAD to be done on that day, Im stressing and panicking about the trouble on the app, time kept moving fast which i was already short of, Im about to cry and have a mental breakdown because all hell was seemingly breaking loose and suddenly Steve shows up at the shop for what seemed like a quick routine check up, like totally heaven sent and he completely saved my day. Yo, I just had to come here and say thank you! Steve, you went above and beyond in assisting me, making sure I had everything I needed to make my run, was kind, incredibly patient, professional and I have heavy respect for you because of this. Im very grateful and I know for sure that in any future occasion I can count on the service you provide here! Once again, thanks
