        My mom and I went to AT&T yesterday to upgrade my iPhone. When we walked in, the rep told us we can sit anywhere, so we went and sat at a table. After waiting for over 30 minutes, the rep came back out from the back and SAT AT THE TABLE RIGHT BY US AND LITERALLY DID NOT COME HELP US! HE WAS PLAYING IN HIS PHONE!!!! There were three other employees in the front talking and laughing amongst themselves as well, so we just ended up leaving. We felt extremely insulted and will not be returning to the Sherwood Forest location.

        Shan was amazing! Best multi tasker Ive ever met. Helping a customer transfer their phone over and activate it while answering all our questions and getting us upgraded. The vibe of the coursey spot was just great that day and both women working were so sweet and funny.
