        They say they're open, Google says they're open, signs say they're open, they are NOT open. Additionally, the parking lot is a NIGHTMARE, risk tire damage just parking.

        This establishment is a hidden gem! Food was hot fresh and made to order. The outdoor seating is very clean and well kept. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The staff is courteous and friendly. The waffles are amazing!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: I am a wheelchair user and had no problems parking or getting inside. Very nice set-up
