        The service quality of the morning team is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time, especially Gordon! She is fantastic. She remembers her regular customers by name, greets them, and memorizes their favorite drinks. My husband messed up the order a few times (I like almond milk, and he ordered the Oat milk), and she caught the mistake each time and corrected it. This lady is incredible. Her dedication is truly commendable.

        Used to be the absolute BEST! Unfortunately, it seems like most of the staff left and was replaced with a completely untrained staff. My orders been wrong the last 5 or so times, and today they helped the person in front of me and then told me they were closed an hour earlier than the scheduled close time.
