My experience was wonderful as a new patient , from the front desk lady to the dental assistant to the hygienist they were all knowledgeable and explained everything they was going to do I cant remember the names but the lady who did my x- ray images were wonderful, the hygienist was wonderful she explained what the numbers meant that she will be calling out, she also introduced herself when she came in and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was wonderful as well, she introduced herself I want to say her name was Dr Julia and she explained different treatments I can get and how they are done. I appreciate the treatment I was given, I appreciate everyone for making me feel comfortable and I will be back.

First and foremost, the staff is extremely kind, especially Antoinette, the location was close and there was hardly any wait time. Last year, I visited this facility for the first time. The dentist was also in my insurances' network. I do believe that there are "visiting" dentists because I've had a different one for each procedure. That being said, there were a few drawbacks. After completing my intake online, I went into the office for my visit, where I was repeatedly told by the male dentist, "you were right, your teeth are a mess, but don't worry, we're going to get you taken care of". Although the tone was kind, I don't believe that this was necessary. Having imperfect teeth is embarrassing enough. After the exam, I received my treatment plan and proceeded to have 4 teeth removed (I experienced dry socket pain afterwards, but it was remedied by a partner office). Fast forward to January 5th. I made an appointment for an extraction, due to severe pain, assuming that it could be done the same day, because I called prior to check. I received an xray, saw the dentist (Dr. Jacobi, very kind) and was told that I would have to see a surgeon. The appointment was scheduled for January 22nd. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic and pain reliever (32 pills to be taken every 8 hours). I waited hours for the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy (after calling to check). On January 15th, I requested another pain prescription to last until surgery date, but was denied and told that I could take over the counter pain reliever instead-no big deal, just stressful. For procedures, the office requires a deposit, generally half of the procedure cost, or so I thought. I witnessed another patient being told their amount, and that they could bring the total to their next appointment if need be. It was no problem, but I simply didn't know this was an option. I received treatment (molar extraction) on the 22nd. The visiting surgeon was so kind and attentive and so were the assistants. No issues whatsoever. If you are seeking a facility where walk-ins are welcome, the staff is kind and quality work is performed, this is your place. I do believe that some could use a lesson in bedside manners, taking into account the sensitivities of their patients.
